  2. @TheUltimatefitness no wheat ? no caffeine? can u explain why? caffeine can be used for good mental focus and energy during workouts , it also promotes fat burning , don’t give advice if you’re not sure of the info u’re giving :)

  4. @FoodCubes What’s the use of showing that the last picture is no older than the date of the newspaper? The whole point is to show that it’s no newer. He/she can hold an old newspaper and trick people into thinking that the transformation was done much earlier than it was. Making it look like it was done much later defeats the purpose of a quick transformation, which in this case is the main key. So basically using newspapers in cases like this is absolutely useless.

  5. People don’t know how to take before-and-after photos. Everything needs to be the same in the photos; lighting, zoom, pose, etc. Otherwise it is difficult to compare the photos accurately and honestly.

  10. so many of these pix are complete bullshit. people have to realize that fat doesn’t just disappear overnight, it takes hard work, determination, a good diet and time

    for example, there is no possible way that the guy in 0:35 could have lost that much fat and gotten ripped in a mere 12 weeks

  17. @Zevvion Whadaya mean pointless, losing bodyfat and building up lean muscles are healthy way to get and stay fit, thin and healthy. It requires patients and perseverance, they went through a lot to get lean, i don’t think they want to experience the pain of getting thin again.

  25. This is all pointless though. I can lose 20kg’s in 4 weeks (if I were fat that is) but it’s really how you do it that makes the difference between healthy or unhealthy. Even taking health out, getting thin fast requires drastic nutrition behavoir (unhealthy btw); so that doesn’t solve anything because your body will tune in to the new feeding patern. The second you eat regular amounts again, you’ll bloat up like a baloon. Who wants to be on a 600kcal diet for the rest of their life?
