As long at you are doing some form of interval training and you’re doing it consistently, then that’s what matters most. So, you may have heard people talk of the Tabata training where you go really hard for 20 seconds and then follow that with 10 seconds of easy recovery and repeat that cycle for 8 times. That’s fine, but what I want to convey is that there is nothing magical about Tabata when comparing it to say 30 seconds hard, and 60 seconds easy. Personally, I prefer to follow the latter training outline because it’s a lot easier to do with machines. We need to understand that at the end of the day, it’s going to give you the same results. Some people may want to finish their interval training portion of the workout faster, and in that case, you may want to follow the Tabata method. If you’re doing 20 and 10 for 8 cycles, then that’s only 4 minutes! A quick yet super effective workout.     ya but at most it uses the fore arms and biceps , triceps are used in a pushing motion, rows are all pulls

    rows? thats all lats isnt it? there isnt a push motion involved so i doubt triceps are worked

    should I do 10 seconds sprint and 20 seconds of walking? or Running? or joggin? please answer
