Fat Loss Workouts with TT Europe Workout Interval at Louvre

www.turbulencetraining.comVisit Turbulence Training to get your FREE sample fat burning workout. You may have seen my interval training before, but you’ve never seen it done at the Louvre in Paris, France. In this example of interval training I’m going to do short intervals combined with bodyweight exercises. So the format will be short interval, bodyweight exercise, short interval, bodyweight exercise etc. For the short interval component, you can make it as long as you want, you can also incorporate as many interval circuits as you want, and you can take as much rest as you need between circuits. So, start with the short interval, then do a series of mountain climbers, back to short intervals, then close grip pushups, back to short intervals, then prisoner squat jumps, back to short intervals, and then finishing off with lunges. Take a rest, and then go through that circuit for 5, 10, 15, or 20 minutes. AAA Abs – Best Fat Loss Bodyweight Interval Workouts

CLICK HERE for a FREE WORKOUT!! www.turbulencetraining.com Cardio sucks. Bodyweight exercises rule! If you want to sculpt your body, lose fat, build muscle, and get fit, forget the cardio and do this short bodyweight workout instead. Its a real workout. This is a very unique program, but probably one of the toughest ones I’ve put together. However, please make sure you do this after a warmup of bodyweight squats, pushups, and lunges. Youll do this after your resistance training in any fat burning workout. So, here is the order of exercises for the bodyweight intervals from workout A. You will start with jumps, and then move into calf jumps, followed by stability ball jackknives, and then Turkish get-ups to finish off the circuit. For the jumps, you are going to do 10 regular squat jumps, rest 10 seconds, repeating 3 more times for a total of four sets of 10. As you are coming down, try to have a nice soft landing and absorb the contact with the floor and then right back up into the jump. Once you’ve done the jumps, you are going to move on to the calf jumps. Again, four sets of 10, with a 10 second rest in between. To do this set of pogo calf jumps, as you land you will be bouncing up using the balls of your feet, and pointing your toes in the air every time. After completing the first two exercises from the bodyweight intervals, you’ll move on to the stability ball jackknives. Following the same structure as the previous two exercises, you will perform 4 sets of 10 reps

The Evolution of Abs Exercises and Core Workouts

Get your FREE workout here: www.turbulencetraining.com This video takes you through the evolution of 21st century ab training. You’ll find 6 different ab exercises where the focus isn’t on crunching or spinal flexion, but instead is geared towards providing a core workout that offers stabilization and resistance rotation. Just because these ab exercises aren’t your traditional crunches, doesn’t mean that you won’t get that great ab burning feeling following your workout. These core exercises will still help build 6 pack abs, but in a much safer way that will reduce the incidence of low back pain. The first ab exercise in the evolution of ab training is a simple plank. This exercise needs to be mastered by beginners and those at risk of low back pain. The goal here is to work up to a 90 second to 2 minute hold in the plank position. The next core exercise is the side plank or side bridge. A little more difficult than the regular plank, the trick here is tokeep your body in a straight line and keep those hips raised. Once you’ve mastered those ab exercises, try the plank with your elbows on the stability ball. According to Men’s Health magazine, this exercise works your abs 30% hard than a regular plank. To increase the difficulty of this ab exercise, try moving the ball further away from your body. The fourth ab exercise to work your entire core is the stability ball jackknife. Here, you will place your feet on the stability ball and your hands on the floor or elbows on a
