  1. How many reps/sets does Craig say to do for the side plank dumbell lateral raises? It’s around 7:05-7:15, right when the video’s skipping..thanks!

  2. Haha I actually enjoyed the video skipping it’s funny to see craig start teleporting everywhere, you know these exersizes work when you can start teleporting a few seconds into the future!
