    Too many people rely on slow cardio to try to lose a lot of weight and end up discouraged. I spend 20 minutes at the gym twice a week and I was able to lose 20 lbs doing this.

  10. Yea I’m sure its what most ppl are concerned about so he mentions that as a top priority. But your right, it would decrease your overall body fat %. I’m sure thats where most ppl end up getting fat tho….damn processed food!

  11. I totally agree with everything he says except for the fact that interval training burns belly fat. The truth is it reduces total body fat not just that on the belly. Other than that it was very informative. I have been using vastmuscle (.com) workouts for 2 years and lost 46 pounds. Couldn’t be happier.
